When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name and message you type. Our website also collects standard, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) through PostHog to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
Contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to our email, hosted by Google. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog (US). Our site runs on Cloudflare.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to or correction of your personal data. Email chris@cudris.com.
